Privacy policy

This page explains what BizDevHub (“we”) collects through bizdev-hub.org and why.

What we collect

• Contact form: the name, email, company, interest and message you submit.
• Technical data with a form submission: IP address, country (from Cloudflare), the page you landed on, the referring site, and campaign tags (UTM parameters or ad click IDs) so we know which channel brought you.
• Server logs: Cloudflare processes requests to deliver the site and may log technical data such as IP address and user agent.
• Analytics and advertising cookies: only if analytics or ad tools are enabled on the site and you click Accept on the cookie banner. If you decline, those tools do not load.

How we use it

To reply to your message, to scope work you ask about, to prevent spam and abuse, and to measure which marketing channels work. We do not sell your personal data.

Who processes it

Cloudflare hosts the site and stores form submissions in its D1 database. If enabled, Google (Analytics, Ads), Meta and LinkedIn receive measurement data only after you accept cookies.

Retention

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and to maintain our business records, and delete them on request.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, through the contact form. You can clear your cookie choice by clearing this site's local storage in your browser.
