Solution

See what's happening in your operations while it's happening

Reports that arrive at month-end tell you what went wrong last month. Operational intelligence watches live event data (orders, tickets, leads, deployments, payments) and alerts you while there is still time to act.

What we build

  1. Event capture. Webhooks, API pulls and database reads from your tools into one store you own.
  2. Metric definitions. Written, versioned definitions (what counts as a "qualified lead", an "on-time order") so everyone reads the same number.
  3. Dashboards and alerts. Live views plus threshold alerts to Slack or email, such as backlog age over limit or p95 response time breached.
  4. Weekly summary. A plain-English digest of what moved and why.

Good operational metrics use percentiles, not averages; see how we measure p95 response time in SQL.

Enterprise data management, sized for SMBs

Document and content management

For regulated records, your compliance owner approves the retention and access design; we build to it and document the evidence.

Frequently asked questions

How is operational intelligence different from business intelligence?

Business intelligence usually analyses historical data in periodic reports. Operational intelligence watches live event data from your operations and alerts you while there is still time to act.

What data sources can you connect?

Anything with an API, webhook, export or database access: CRMs, helpdesks, accounting tools, forms, spreadsheets, and your own applications. We check each source's access and terms during scoping.

Do you handle documents and content?

Yes: intake, classification, storage with permissions and retention rules, and search. For regulated records, your compliance owner signs off on the retention and access design.

How big a data set can you handle?

We work with small and mid-sized organisations. If your volumes outgrow the design, we say so during scoping and recommend a heavier platform rather than overselling.
